1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ExamPack (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
ExamPack lets you upload study documents (PDF, DOCX, PPTX) and receive AI-generated study material including MCQs, revision blocks, key definitions, topic rankings, and exam traps. Output is generated by large language models and is provided for study assistance only — always verify critical information against authoritative sources.
3. Plans and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Plan access begins immediately upon successful payment verification.
4. Refund policy
All purchases are final. Because ExamPack delivers digital AI-generated content immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds except where required by applicable Indian law. If you believe there is an error with your purchase, contact us at

5. Plan expiry
Paid plans (1 Month, 3 Months, 1 Year) expire after their stated duration. ExamPacks you created during an active plan remain accessible after expiry, but you cannot create new packs beyond your free limit without an active plan. Existing packs are not deleted on expiry.
6. Sharing
Public pack sharing (share link) is available on the 1-Year plan only. You are solely responsible for the content you share publicly. Do not share materials that violate copyright, contain personal data, or are otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right to disable public links that violate these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that violates copyright or contains unlawful material.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
- Use the Service to generate content intended to deceive or mislead others in academic settings.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the documents you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service. AI-generated output is provided to you for personal study use. ExamPack retains ownership of the Service, its design, and its underlying software.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is.” AI-generated study content may contain errors. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular exam. Use the output as a study aid, not as a definitive source.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExamPack shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
